DeeDee Cakes Return Policy

As my customer you deserve the best product at the best possible prices and in order to do this I must have a strict return policy, primarily for your own protection and peace of mind. I want you, the customer to know the cake your receiving is fresh and made just for you and not a cake that was returned to me.

You, the customer are entitled to receive your cakes in a timely manner, fresh and in good condition. In an effort to accomplish this, I reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier that will do the best job getting my DeeDee Cakes to you safe and sound.

I can not be held responsible for delays in shipping due to weather, shippers labor disputes or acts of God. If at any time I decide to put shipping cost back in effect, I will notified you before product is to be shipped.

Since my product is a food item, I regret that I cannot accept returns (there can be exceptions). But you will have to notify me in writing by Email with the reason. I will except returns if there has been a mistake in product due to my carelessness. Meaning if you ordered a white chocolate DeeDeeCake and I sent you a Plain DeeDee Cake, It's up to me to make sure you get what you ordered.

I do guarantee that my DeeDee Cakes are made fresh for YOU, and never frozen (they do freeze well if you the customer wish to do so). I will never send you a cake that I am not completely happy with or wouldn't be proud to serve to my own friends and family. I promise. I'm very sure you'll be happy with my DeeDee Cakes But if for some reason your not......PLEASE CONTACT ME!
